Northrop Grumman's Global Hawk is an unmanned aircraft whose mission is aerial reconnaissance over long distances at high altitudes. Also utilized by the Air Force, the Naval version is used primarily for patrol at sea.

PLATZ has painstakingly replicated many intricate details, including the large bulge on the underside of the fuselage of their 1/72 scale kit, with all new tooling. The overwhelmingly powerful main wing with a total width of 19.5" (50 cm) and the unique outer shape, make the otherwise utilitarian craft uniquely attractive. Decal markings are included.
