The MicroLux Palm-Size Belt Sander
Micro-Make™ Palm-size Belt Sander is a small but powerful and precision tool. It performs those tough sanding jobs on a wide variety of materials with ease. Fabric backed belt rides on nylon rollers mounted in ball bearings. The pressure pad is impregnated with graphite to prevent friction and heat build up. The sander has a 1" wide belt and 7/8" diameter rollers. Includes one 120 grit belt and Allen wrench.

Like all the tools in the MicroLux line, this sander needs Micro-Mark’s item #87365 Transformer to operate not operate without it. The transformer works with the entire line of MicroLux tools and allows the tools to operate with variable speeds to adjust to the type of material.
Transformer
The sander weighs only 12.8 oz and is 4-1/4 inches in length. The variable speed ranges from 2,200 to 8,000 rpm while the motor is 12VDC, 1.4 amp.

Micro-Make™ Power Tools feature 12VDC motors which provide incredible torque and power for their size, and are ideal for variable speed operation. The heart of the system is our #87365 Digital Transformer, which not only provides power boost technology to sense load feedback from the tool and increase output when the going gets tough, it also includes separate controls for speed and torque, allowing the user to precisely dial in the optimum settings for each tool and the work at hand.
Micro-Mark provides sanding loops in two grits including 120 and 80 grit.
