Scenic Cement™ is a ready-to-use spray or brush-on adhesive specially formulated to glue ballast, turf and other landscape materials on a layout. This multi-use product is non-toxic, water-based and dries to a matte finish. It contains a wetting agent that breaks surface tension, allowing easier and faster penetration of scenery materials for a strong bond. It also permeates instantly for maximum coverage. 16 oz. bottle.
Apply with the included Micro-Mark “Mr.Mist'r” Spray Applicator for a strong, smooth, continuous, fine mist application. The ergonomically shaped easy-grip handle and trigger reduce hand fatigue and allow varied pressure manipulation; from a quick spritz to a prolonged misting. Tilt at any angle… even upside down to get at those hard to reach areas on your layout or diorama. Compact bottle size (7.8" tall) makes access to tight spots a snap.
