This clever device hold tools and work lights suspended out of the way when not in use . . . then quickly and effortlessly lowers them to a comfortable working position with one pull. Tough plastic-coated steel cable extends up to 59" and retracts automatically when tool is released. Tension can be adjusted to accommodate different weight objects (up to 3.3 lbs.). Ideal for rotary tools and other power tools. Can also be used to bring overhead lamps down to a working level and for raising and lowering hanging plants for watering.
