When forming a fillet or filling a large gap, spray ZIP KICKER directly on the glue and it will start to harden immediately, first forming a hard outer shell with the inside curing at a slower rate, creating an extremely strong bond. When using on fiberglass cloth or fabric, spread it across the material with an old playing card, business card, or a soft plastic spreader. The curing time will vary depending on the thickness of the glue. When spread out thinly, it will cure much faster than a thick bead. For critical applications, test sample joints for designed strength requirements.The extra thick consistency of Zap Gel keeps it from dripping or running.
