More Information:
Also works as an adapter for your oversized drill chuck, quickly converting it for precise drilling with micro size bits.
Most drills and rotary tools spin too fast for working in plastic and for tiny detail work. Special chuck has 1/4 inch hex shank that fits your slow turning cordless screwdrivers and cordless drills to solve this problem. Take advantage of the quick-change feature of the 1/4 inch shank...buy several chucks and keep your most-used drill bits ready to go. Holds drill bit sizes from 1/64" to 1/8".
It is exactly what I wanted for my fine drilling on my HO layout

Handy attachment
I had a simple motorized nail filing tool I used for modeling to sand and scrape small areas. But it has a very small attachment point for the different heads, I think about a 3/32 inch chuck size. I bought a nice expansion set of heads from Micro-Mark but they had about a 1/8 inch chuck and were just a hair too large to use with the small unit. So I picked up a small motorized screwdriver and this adapter and now I can use it with the sanding heads from both the original polishing tool and the extra upgrade set. It seems solid and well made and can probably be used with a variety of devices.
