Saved me money

I was getting interested in playing harmonicas tuned to a major 7th scale, country tuning, and in fact, had bought 2 at $50+ apiece, when I was shown a video on tuning them myself. This engraver is exactly what you need to do that. I practiced on cheap sets till I got it right. Now I’m experimenting with all kinds of tunings and it doesn’t cost me a dime. Excellent little engraver.

A reasonably competent tool!

Works reasonably well for the low cost. I found it boggs down with very little pressure in hardwood, so a light touch is required for small carvings. The diamond point does do a nice job etching on steel, however. I found I had good control of the etching process using it on steel tools.

I bought an accessory pack of two additional bits with the tool.
