Q. Where is your company located?

Q. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in New Jersey. Please expect your items to be shipped separately if you ordered larger items or manufacturer shipped items.

 

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
It will usually take 4-7 business days for all orders to arrive. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to dispatch an order from the warehouse. Shipping times will then vary based on customer location and from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

For customers in the United States, Standard Shipping means you can expect to receive your package within 4–7 business days from the time of your order.

 

Q. Do you ship Worldwide?
Our official Micro-Mark website and Amazon can ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, and other EU regions (including Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland) and more.

 

Q. How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping varies, see cart for shipping totals.

If we have a free shipping promotion, the free shipping service does not cover Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, or any other regions outside of the 48 contiguous US.

 

Q. Where are your products made?
Our products are made all over the World including the USA, South Korea, India, China, and other regions based on specialty.

Anything we currently manufacture in China, we take great care to choose partners who share our values. That means prioritizing quality, worker safety, fair wages and benefits, and minimizing environmental impact.


Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Q. How can I pay?
We accept all Major Credit Cards and Paypal. You may also mail a check along with a completed order form via our catalog to the address on the order form. Please note, checks take an additional 7-days to clear and will delay your order.

 

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?
You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure, as they are all SSL-encrypted to protect your data.

 

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for following-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

  • All sales are final after the 30-day return period has expired.

  • All returned items are subject to inspection: Items returned damaged, used, incomplete, or without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee, or such condition may void the Satisfaction Guarantee.

  • Unless applied directly to exchanged items, a refund will be issued in the form of a check, a Micro-Mark credit slip, or a credit to the credit card account under which it was originally purchased.

  • Transportation charges (freight, shipping and handling) are not refundable.

  • If your order was damaged in shipment, contact Customer Service at 1-888-263-7076 for instructions. Hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise, no claim will be honored.

  • Kits are returnable only if the contents are in an undisturbed, like new condition. The return of a kit will NOT be accepted if:

    1. Parts have been removed from sprues or wood sheets.

    2. Construction has been started.

    3. Bags of component parts have been opened.

    4. Box and/or contents have been damaged.

    5. Kit is returned in packaging other than manufacturer's original packaging.

    6. Note: Returned items must be packaged well in an appropriate shipping carton. You may wish to save and reuse the original shipping box and packing material should the kit need to be returned to us.

Special orders must be placed on the telephone. These orders are prepaid, not returnable, and may not be combined with any other offer. Items are covered by manufacturers' warranty only; in case of product difficulty, customer must contact the manufacturer directly for rectification.
