Woodworkers, model builders, DIYers and crafters rely on it every day for joining and holding components perfectly square and true while glue dries, and for holding together and gluing oddly-shaped items on which ordinary clamps would never work. Its beauty is in its simplicity. 8 powerful magnets sandwiched between a fixed plate and a removable/ repositionable plate allow you to place the magnets' strong holding force just where you need it on the 10-1/4" x 10-1/4", 21 gauge steel jig plate. The plate's 7/8" flanges are bent up at a 90 degree angle to hold items squarely and securely. Open ends allow long, thin wood pieces to extend outside the jig if needed. Includes 8 magnetic holding plates. The Magnetic Gluing Jig is Very Helpful

While searching for tools accessories to aid in the assembly of n scale structures,I came across this gluing jig,and it sparked my interest.It looked like a good idea,and low and behold,I purchased the magnetic gluing jig,and it has proven itself quite worthy.The jig is very helpful in the initial joining of parts,and as the glue begins to ,I can remove the parts from the jig and then tweak for exactness,and then return the parts to the jig for final drying time.The magnetic gluing jig is being used frequently and,I am very pleased with my purchase.

Make perfectly aligned wood joints!

Really works well. Held balsa window moulding for my dollhouse perfectly aligned. Put wax paper under pieces to be glued so they dont stick to the jig.

Great tool!

Good quality foam clay

Unlike any air dry clay I've used .
Very easy to manipulate , doesn't stick to your fingers .
Can be made into paper thin sheets that hold their shape .

Thick sections will take well over 24 hours to dry out ; high water weight when fresh .
Evaporation slows down considerably once the outer " crust " dries on thick pieces .

After 24 hours @ 78 degrees and about 60% humidity , the 3.1 gram sample I experimented with weighs 1.2 grams .
.. and after 48 hrs weighs just 1/2 gram ,, and I don't think it's fully dry yet .

Definitely worth the price .
Very versatile .

My only complaint is the bag it comes in .
It is a zipper lock bag but you need to remove a fair amount of the product before you'll be able to engage the zipper .
It's stuffed full when new .
I fit the bag into a plastic container ( Folgers coffee 43.5oz can ) with an inch of water at the bottom to ensure it doesn't dry out until I use enough to be able to close the bag .
Most likely keep it in that can regardless , just to be safe .

Quality miniature model paint

This stuff is comparable to Vallejo paints which everyone in the hobby already knows are tried and true. I honestly would not be able to tell the difference between the 2 brands looking at a finished model or trying to paint with it. The price is about the same but this includes slightly bigger bottles with a better design on the lid and seem to come with a plastic mixer ball already inside but its hard to tell for sure. This paint set also includes a paint thinner and cleaner for airbrushing. Its really hard to beat the price and value of this paint set for anyone wanting to have a quality paint job on something. I would say its near impossible.
