Happy driller!

I ordered this pin vise a couple weeks ago along with some other items. As always, the order was on my doorstep in a couple days. I like the way I can hold my pointer finger on the swivel top and spin the body with my thumb and other fingers! I discovered that the smallest collet had been incorrectly machined, and would not properly hold small (#78) drill bits. A quick call to Micro Marks technical department quickly resolved the issue, and a replacement was on the way within hours! Excellent product & customer service! Also worth mentioning that in all the many times Ive ordered from MM, this is the first issue Ive had!
