The M1A1, the modernization of the M1 "Abrams" battle tank had more abilities than its predecessor, including greater firepower and increased defense. In 1986, the first modernized M1A1 "Abrams" entered service for the US. Later, 1,848 M1A1s were deployed to participate in Operation Desert Storm.
Plastic model kit features more than 1300 detailed parts, multi-slide molded lower hull and upper hull, individual links for the tracks, 22 sprues for upper hull, lower hull and turret, photo-etched parts included. Measures Length: 24.41 inches; Width 9.13 inches.
