With dimensions of 15" W x 20" H x 11" D and weighing only 13 lbs, this compact yet powerful machine includes a .180" wide x .031" kerf x 14 TPI blade, an adjustable ball-bearing blade guide, and comprehensive instructions. Manufactured in Japan, it promises superior quality and performance.

The band saw features a durable cast-aluminum frame and twin 6-3/8" diameter drive wheels mounted in ball bearings for smooth operation. The 7-3/4" x 7-3/4" aluminum table tilts between 0° to 45° for bevel cuts, making it versatile for a wide range of projects. With a 6" throat depth and 3" throat height, it offers ample cutting capacity for various materials, including 3" in softwood, 2" in hardwood, 3/8" in steel, 3/4" in aluminum, 5/8" in brass/copper, and 1-1/4" in plastic. The adjustable miter gauge ensures precise angle cuts, while the variable blade speed of 425 to 650 ft/min allows for optimal cutting efficiency.

The included Cooling System (#82211) is essential for cutting stone, tile, ceramics, gems, minerals, glass, and other hard materials. It comes with a reservoir, valve, tubing, gasket, a 12"x16" collection tray, and all necessary hardware. The Diamond Blade (#82209), measuring 125" wide x .025" kerf, is designed specifically for use with the cooling system, ensuring smooth and precise cuts in the toughest materials.

To enhance performance, the system includes MicroFlow Coolant (#83340), an oil-less synthetic fluid formulated for cooling systems. This coolant inhibits bacterial growth and prevents rust on materials and machines. The 16-ounce concentrate makes up to 4 gallons when mixed with water, offering a long-lasting supply for all your cutting needs.
