I enjoyed the assembly process. The high quality of the materials and the level of detail made for very satisfactory results. I did not droop the shingles beyond the roof edge under planking as pictured in the enclosed illustration of the finished stable. That is poor building
practice. A benefit of wooden materials is that no light leaks from the finished structure. I did
add a second-floor hayloft to take advantage of the space and to add a bit more realism I'm
happy to rate the horse stable kit five stars.
