The Shark SD120® is a gateway to unlimited creativity. Hobbyists and professionals alike are using it to create custom parts, joinery, perform precision drilling functions, or cut anything decorative. The tight footprint means the entire machine easily fits under or on one end of your workbench, preventing your woodworking space from becoming cluttered with tools and ensuring you have ample space to work.

The Shark SD120® CNC machine features a 12” x 30” table designed for larger projects such as carving plaques or signs, ornamental boxes, and precision parts machined from wood, Non-Ferrous Metals, or plastics. Using our included 3D carving capability and a 3D model library, you can cut beautiful relief carvings, intricate inlays, and create exquisitely detailed engravings with ease. The incredible accuracy of the Shark SD120® even allows customers to engrave custom circuit boards.

The Shark SD120® offers two control options:
1. Using the included Vectric VCarve Desktop Design Software, you can create your project and transfer it to a USB drive, which plugs directly into the LCD pendant. The convenient touch screen pendant interface eliminates the need for a computer controlling the CNC in your shop.
2. For more control interactivity, you can run the Shark SD120® from your computer with the Ready2Control program. This allows you to use the exclusive patented Virtual Zero Unlimited® program, adjusting your design to fit curves and angles that would be impossible on other brands of machines. (Computer and flash drive not included).

The SHARK SD120® has an added feature, the Y axis extends 1” beyond the fixed bed. This will allow clamping and machining on ends of long boards such as box joints or tenons. See the manual for more information.
