Our water-thin urethane casting resins mix and pour easily, resulting in perfectly formed, bubble-free castings. Just mix equal volumes of A and B together; the resin is odorless, gives excellent reproduction quality, and can be painted, sanded, sawn, tapped, milled, filed and drilled easily. Cures to white color. Compatible with all mold materials, including latex, clay and RTV silicone. Also acts as a super-strong glue for bonding metal, softwood and plastic. Resists fuels, acids and most chemicals when cured, is not tacky, and has no oily coating after curing like other casting resins. Includes 16 fl. oz. each of parts A and B in dispenser bottles and complete instructions.

CR-300 QUICK-CURE CASTING RESIN 1 minute pot life; demold in 15 minutes. 2.4 lb. kit contains approx. 32 fl. oz. total material.

Great tool!

Good quality foam clay

Unlike any air dry clay I've used .
Very easy to manipulate , doesn't stick to your fingers .
Can be made into paper thin sheets that hold their shape .

Thick sections will take well over 24 hours to dry out ; high water weight when fresh .
Evaporation slows down considerably once the outer " crust " dries on thick pieces .

After 24 hours @ 78 degrees and about 60% humidity , the 3.1 gram sample I experimented with weighs 1.2 grams .
.. and after 48 hrs weighs just 1/2 gram ,, and I don't think it's fully dry yet .

Definitely worth the price .
Very versatile .

My only complaint is the bag it comes in .
It is a zipper lock bag but you need to remove a fair amount of the product before you'll be able to engage the zipper .
It's stuffed full when new .
I fit the bag into a plastic container ( Folgers coffee 43.5oz can ) with an inch of water at the bottom to ensure it doesn't dry out until I use enough to be able to close the bag .
Most likely keep it in that can regardless , just to be safe .
