The Microlux R8 Benchtop Milling Machine is a drill press and Mill!
The R8 Mill comes with a True-Inch X-Y table movement, with imperial (inch) feed screws and dials (.050 inch per turn). Metric conversions are not required. Unlike our previous model mill, our R8 mill spindle is driven by a belt system rather than gear driven for one quite operation and two ease of maintenance. Checkout specs below!

I bought this when it was 899.00, I have enjoyed using this machine because I use to be a Tool & Die maker. I am no longer one yet I do very much like using this mini-mill because it has the strength to cut metal but I would recommend keeping it to mild steel or softer.
Saying that, this little guy can cut aluminum all day long and not have a problem. If you are a professional tool maker then you may not need a digital speed readout for your spindle but since this guy is small and speed does make a big difference, I do recommend it to save you a lot of time getting the correct speed.
I recommend the Microlux High Precision Heavy Duty R8 miniature milling machine. It is a very good machine to have in your garage or shed because it is small but very useful and it only requires 110-120v outlet.
Make sure you grease down everything when not using it, after all it is steel and will rust in high humidity states.
Rotary table with 4 jaw independent chuck will be my next purchase.

High Quality and easy to use
This Mini Mill is stable, solid, abd easy to use. The R8 tooling makes for easy and quick bit changes. I mill mild steed for Tattoo Machines and have had 0 issues

A pity that I do not find in Spain distributors who put it up for sale, and buying it as an import represents a large increase in the price for taxes.
