The Xuron Corporation has been manufacturing precision pliers for the electronics and aerospace industries in Saco, Maine, since 1970. All Xuron cutters feature their patented blade bypass shearing action instead of the compression cut of standard cutters. This shearing action is made possible by the use of ultra-precision computer controlled grinders. That's why they cut so clean, square and close with half the effort of compression type cutters. Made of hardened steel with soft rubber grips and spring return.





Tweezer Nose Plier Six separate milling operations on each nose insure the blades match precisely in size, shape and alignment. This plier combines the precision to pick up a human hair with the strength required for wire forming operations. Smooth, non-serrated jaws. 5-3/8 inches long.

Excellent Pliers

These are a stout little set of pliers. They fall somewhere between shrapnel pliers (called splinter forceps on this web site) and small needle nose pliers. They have the precision tip for delicate work (gunsmithing in my case) but the backbone to bend around wire and the like. They seem to be a good quality build with well matched jaws and decent quality steel.

The best I have!

I was skeptical at first when I thinking of purchasing this tool. Glad I did, Xuron products are solid and have not let me down with the others I am using from them. This plier works great for my model trains while installing detail parts or electronics.
