Micro-Mark는 1928년부터 제작자, 공예가 및 DIY 커뮤니티에 서비스를 제공해 왔습니다. 3대째 이어져 내려오는 가족 소유 기업인 당사의 기원은 뉴저지 주 뉴어크에 있는 Scientific Model Airplane Company로 거슬러 올라갑니다. 16세의 나이에 설립자는 모형 비행기 키트를 제조 및 판매하기 위해 상점을 설립했습니다. 회사는 계속 성장하고 발전했으며 1983년에는 훨씬 더 다양한 제조업체 그룹을 만족시키기 위해 Micro-Mark Tool and Distribution Center를 시작했습니다.
