Description
Deck Tan is a flat, desaturated tan color designed to replicate the appearance of weathered wood decks and sun-exposed platforms. Used extensively in naval modeling, this tone is perfect for ship decks, piers, and worn wooden structures. Color Description
Deck Tan is a soft, chalky beige with hints of gray and straw, designed to reflect the bleaching and wear that natural wood experiences in open air and sunlight. It works beautifully for both naval and civilian projects, especially when combined with washes or pigments to simulate traffic wear, salt exposure, or grime buildup.
