Micro-Mark is always looking for new ways to make difficult tasks easier, with the ultimate goal of making your valuable work time more productive and enjoyable. Taking the idea of a metal foundry and reducing it to desktop-size, our Mini Melting Pot is ideal for casting your own metal figures, "Minis," components, accessories and more. This unit is also perfectly suited for tinning wires to create clean, strong solder joints. With a footprint of only 6"x 3.5" and 2.5" high, our self-contained, free-standing melting pot features a built-in heating element capable of producing temperatures from 100 degrees F to 600 degrees F, temperature control knob, and a 2" diameter x 1" deep boiler, all enclosed in a compact metal housing with non-slip rubber feet and a 53" power cord which plugs into standard household outlets.
