Micro Screw Starter for slotted screws (2.2 mm wide blade) has a spring-loaded knob that expands the blades so you can insert and hold the screw. Once the screw is started, press the knob to release it. Then drive it home.

buy with the universal nut starter

This and that universal nut starter really do work well together with all the tiny screws and nuts that come with my model ships. Would buy again. Works well, haven't really had a problem with it honestly
